Pana Community Hospital and Senergy began our relationship in 2017 as we embarked on a 3 year facility upgrade project that included virtually all aspects of their building and infrastructure. Working in a partnership with PCH, O’Shea Builders and BRIC, we were able to execute several complex project components simultaneously. These included a complete electrical service entrance upgrade, backup power and primary distribution upgrades, a partial facility renovation, including all mechanical and electrical systems, and construction of a new ER and medical building connected to the existing structure. Within this project, we upgraded the entire access control solution, security camera system, fire alarm, nurse call and network distribution. Over the three years, there were multiple phases and various design changes to accommodate unforeseen conditions. During the entire project, PCH was able to remain open and was never forced to cancel procedures or occupancy as a result of project complications.
